Adele is a fabulous Yoga instructor and I would highly recommend her. She recently ran a private lesson for a group of us and everyone left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! I would definitely use Adele again.

Adele came to my hen weekend and did the most AMAZING flow and relax yoga practice for 10 girls. It was the perfect end to our weekend and I can’t recommend her enough!

Adele is a truly wonderful yoga teacher and I am so grateful to have found her. She is ever so present during class and makes the poses accessible for different abilities with precise variations and adjustments. She is a very special yoga teacher with vast amounts of knowledge and I would recommend her in an instance to anyone from a beginner to an experienced practitioner wanting to deepen their practice.
