WORST PLACE TO GET HELP AND ADVICE. I WAS NOT GIVEN PROPER AND COMPLETE ADVICE.

I emailed them asking them if they were looking for donations, but I didn't receive a reply.

I was referred to this place by my GP and am really disappointed with the service I had. I personally had a bad experience that made my depression worse. I can't even explain how difficult and humiliating it is for a person with depression ask for help and even more when it comes to talk about it. I was referred to this place by my GP and I am really disappointed with the service I had. I had left various messages for the support worker to get back to me for months now and no reply. At one stage I had the bailiff at my house and called and left messages again no help. I had also called and raised a complain with the manager name John he was any help at all. just been played up by member of this "charity" very rudely. they offer help but then they waste your time, energy, day and life - if you would let it so... and! there is no possibility to make an official complaint, although they have been clearly misbehaving, causing obvious damage to me, and other people witnessed that too.
