  • Nice beer and coffee. The Italian restaurant has been replaced by coffee shop. If the weather is good, it's lovely having a beer on the decking while watching cricket. Good choice of lagers. Enjoy ! Update, lounge has been upgraded, looks much improved. Estrella is nice !..

  • Good for sports facilities and anyone with interests in sport. Good ales whether each one is to everybody's taste or not. Ice is available at the bar and bar staff are always friendly and welcoming. Prices are no worse than elsewhere although members receive 10% discount. Very family orientated inside or outside although not everyone appreciates that. Very dog friendly (likewise).

  • Great to see so much sport going on in a local ground. People from 9 to 95 (honest) having fun & keeping fit.

  • My wife decided to host a 70th birthday party for herself and against my advice she picked this dump. After dealing with a couple of numpties it was arranged that she could have the Dungeon suite from 4pm in order to set up - she arrived at that time to find a kids party in full swing. Guests started to arrive from 6.30 but were told that they could only pay in cash so many had to leave to get in their cars and search out cash machines.   • We were at Diegos Italian restaurant which is inside the sports centre. Food was delicious and the service very good. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended and we'll certainly be back.
