  • Anastasia's classes are brilliant! She gives a lot of attention to each person and provides both basic and more advanced versions of each pose so that everyone is met at their level. She is also very kind and friendly, and ensures the classes have an inclusive atmosphere. My yoga has improved so much since starting, and I love starting my Sunday in such a relaxing way. Best yoga teaching I've ever experienced!!

  • Wonderful yoga class for all levels, highly restorative and stress releasing. The teacher is very attentive to everyone in the group, will give you options if you're more advanced and go through a tricky asana if you're a beginner. Anastasia creates beautiful yoga experience adding lots of details to the class, you'll definitely want to come back. Highly recommended, enjoy.

  • Asante Yoga classes are just perfect for anyone who want to start Yoga if they are a beginner or to perfect their poses if they are a little experienced already. Anastasia is an excellent teacher and makes me work out well and relax at the end of the class. I have been attending the classes at the Curve and I have started to look forward to them every weekend.
