  • Paul has helped me develop my overall fitness with a daily exercise program I can do anywhere. Since the first lockdown he has been teaching me Tai Qi & Qi Gong every week outdoors in temperatures ranging from 3 to 33 degrees!! Paul is an amazing teacher - highly knowledgeable, inspirational and positively encouraging. I love my lessons in the outdoors!! Thank you Paul 🙏

  • I'm a very reluctant fitness client! I do it because I need to, rather than because I want to, so Paul had to coax me to put the effort in! He's extremely knowledgeable and understood what I needed to work on to get the most benefit. He was very good at explaining how each exercise related to the way we move in everyday life and how it would support my work. My strength definitely improved and I even enjoyed some of it! Highly recommended.
