Our Pilates studio is located on the first floor above Avanti restaurant at 1A Moorside Road, Heaton Moor, Stockport, SK4 4DT (map). Our classes are led by Tracy Purdy, a qualified level 3 Pilates Instructor. Our classes are 1 hour long and currently involve a maximum of 9 people in line with Government social distancing guidelines. This ensures everyone gets the attention they require.
