  • Greetings from Portugal! I can’t thank enough the hospitality of AOM, Rad is a fantastic instructor, very knowledgeable and beautiful to watch! While on holiday I decided to come train jiu-jitsu. I’m a white belt and I was treated like a friend and most importantly like one of them. Everyone in the academy is inclusive and welcoming! Their patience in teaching me details and helping me improve gave me great joy and makes me want to move here! I also tried their capoeira class! Ive been a cap...

  • Capoeira is an art of movement that is thought by lovely and passionate people here at AOM..they just have so much to offer. I believe it is great place to train to be fit mentally and physically .They offer free trials and I highly recommend giving it a try as there is a lot to experience!

  • I am such a fan of Lise and her capoeira and maculele classes, and Lise put so much thought into each class. She prepped new routines each time, sent round interesting facts, videos and music in between classes, and adapted the level of difficult depending on people's ability. Lise also offered flexibility, strength and dance classes to suit everyone's tastes. I was, if I'm honest, quite scared about trying capoeira for the first time, but Lise made it a fun as well as challenging experience....

  • I loved every capoeira session with Lise! Each session was so well thought out and we had really good fun. I would recommend Art of Movement to anyone and can't wait to book in for some more sessions! Thanks Lise for everything.

  • friendly Environment and well run really enjoyable sessions I feel like every session I learn and develop , I Do capoeira and its got a good range of beginner students to people who have been doing it for many years so I think the capoeira is perfect for all skill levels
