Life is a garden, a canvas where you can create the imaginable. This workshop invites you to plant your ideas and dreams like seeds into fertile soil, nurturing your goals and passions. We'll start by grounding ourselves through meditation, reconnecting with nature and the foundational energy of the root chakra.

Through artistic expression, you'll craft a vision for your life's garden, identifying what you want to achieve and transform. Writing down your priorities and focusing your energy on what matters most will guide this process. You'll prepare to welcome transformation with a newfound awareness.

In a creative, hands-on activity, you'll plant seeds in a miniature garden basket, decorating it with fairy and natural elements. This symbolises the nurturing of your wishes and dreams. Join us to explore the powerful connection between art, mental health and wellbeing, cultivating a vibrant, transformative garden within.
