Such a charismatic place. You have to look out for this modest fronted quirky entrance. Then up some old stairs, which open up into a large room that is perfect for the varied music evenings they host. When they have acts on it's a £5 entrance fee. Once you're in you have the most reasonable bar in Arnside. It's all run by sailing club volunteers, who are always ready with a kind word and a warm chat. It has a real old England charm.
