Lovely gym with even lovelier staff! Very clean, organised and well equipped.

I've tried a few of the local gyms - this is best by far! Staff are welcoming and always friendly, great range of equipment and classes available also!

I have gone to the Arena on and off for 8 years and been trained by Martin. The atmosphere in the gym is great with members from age 18 to 80. Martin is knowledgeable and patient when it comes to explaining the equipment and doing PT sessions.

A brilliant gym with kind experienced staff. Arena is a very friendly and very well equipped gym. Excellent facilities for all abilities and training programmes. The staff are all kind and very knowledgeable. A light fun atmosphere means there’s no pressure, other customers become friends. Different classes run every day and are professional, they are included in the very well priced membership fee. All in all this is the best gym in Newark, ten out of ten!!!

A mix of ages and abilities so you don't need to worry about feeling out of place. The trainers are all really knowledgeable and always on hand to help you.
