Applied Martial Arts

Mike teaches both my 9 year old daughter and 6 year old son. We picked Applied Martial Arts on great recommendation and glad we did. The kids love it, Mike has a great way of teaching and they’ve come on so far with their kicking, punching, grappling and take downs. All done in a fun, friendly and controlled environment underpinned by its values that teach the kids about Determination, Self Discipline, Excellence and Integrity.
