Not very clean environment, large dogs running free and constantly barking! I asked if she was aware of the Bichon 'Teddy cut' she said yes I even showed her pics of how I didn't want it!! and how I liked it (she didn't take much notice) when I collected my Bichon Frisee she was very upset and her body had been shaved (last words were I don't want her short) I just thre the money on the countr and got her out of there I was so upset!!!
