  • I was nervous about contacting a personal trainer but Anne made me feel comfortable and welcome from our first phone call. She is encouraging and positive and I always feel that I have achieved a personal best when I leave her sessions! I would encourage others who want to improve their fitness and strength, or who wish to lose weight, to make that first contact with Anne.

  • Anne is a brilliant PT. Sessions are tailor made to your needs and they are are never boring. I never look at a clock during a session ! Anne is a very supportive and smart fitness coach. It is the first time in years I have lost weight whilst feeling fitter and happier in myself. I would definitely recommend Anne to anyone wanting to improve their health and fitness.
