  • It’s no surprise Anna Black has so many 5 star ratings – she is a highly personable fount of knowledge when it comes to women over 40. Whether you’re looking for personal training, fitness pilates or advice regarding what is going on with perimenopausal symptoms, she has it all covered. Highly recommended!

  • Anna is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced PT who has made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. She includes such a good variety of moves in her workouts and pushes me to achieve things I didn’t think I could do! Would definitely recommend!

I joined as I was frequently getting injured running and noticed that my body wasn’t as strong as it used to be.   • Anna’s classes are great! The pace is fast but not too fast so you don’t get bored, she gives you helpful feedback all the time and her running commentary makes it fun! There is a wide variety of exercises and the props you need (when you need them) are easy to find from around the house eg a book. She also tailors them to your ability so you can choose how much you want to push yourself. I would highly recommend her classes- fun and a good workout 😀
