  • Andy is an amazing trainer, kind and friendly, with tons of experience & knowledge.When we first started training I could not even lift a barbell off the floor due my permanently injured back! Under his guidance, I no longer have this problem! He always adapts my training to my needs. Thank you, Andy, for all the work you put into training me!
