  • Andy is so good at what he does! Tailored workouts to suit you and your needs. I was nervous as I have a bad knee and Andy made sure I was safe and pain free in every session!   • I started PT sessions with Andy after really enjoying his classes at Pure Gym. From the offset we had a consultation so he could understand my goals and lifestyle. He tracks diet through an app which also has healthy food ideas. The PT sessions themselves are really good. He pushes you each week to make sure you are progressing and getting stronger. Always left the PT sessions feeling motivated. Thank you Andy

  • I been having PT with Andy for a couple of months, the main aim being to improve leg strength in readiness for a knee replacement. The sessions have been enjoyable but challenging. Having one face to face session per week and then being able to do the same session on my own with the app has been a perfect combination for me.
