  • After two years of not being able to train properly because of tennis elbow and sciatica, Andrew is helping me get fit again but mostly helping increase my strength so I can play tennis again - this time without getting injured. His sessions fly by and I particularly enjoy that he brings along different props etc in order that we can replicate muscle actions used when playing.

When we couldn't train inside he organised outdoor sessions, so keeping up the programme. He's very organised, efficient and flexible too. His friendly manner makes my hourly sessions rush by.
