  • Recently joined and I am really enjoying these classes with Emma. Great for an all round improvement in mobility and strength, with the options to work at different levels of ability to suit your own needs

  • I started Pilates with Emma three years ago and it's the best thing I ever did! I was advised by the physio to start. It's amazing I can wake up in the morning very stiff do a Pilates class and have a lot more movement. I now do at least two classes with Emma a week and a 15 minute class which is pre-recorded most mornings. Thank Emma your Pilates Classes are brilliant and have made such a difference to how I feel and move.
