Alnwick Castle Golf Club

Wonderful new clubhouse, staff is great. Course conditions are very good, considering the recent rain and this being March.

Brand new club house. Very warm and cozy with awesome views of the course and the fields beyond. As winter closes in the view is getting more intense with green.

Challenging course as it is very hilly and the rough is punishing. Views off the top are superb. Brand new facilities now open. The last hole is a killer 550 yards uphill phew. Enjoy it though been many times Still work to do on a few holes.

Played as a 2 ball in late Sept 2022, prices to play were very good ,the course was basically 2 different 9 holes-1st 9 holes played in between a tree lined course and significantly harder than the back 9 holes which was straight up and down on flat fields and looked like a new 9 holes etc.Front 9 holes fairways needed some attention as lots of bare patches and the layout was difficult to follow so more signage needed on the course. Had an issue with access to the course by car as the sat nav...

Was here on way to whytlye bay. Great golf course and very frendly staff ciuld not have done more for us. Food was great and golf course was superb. Defo come back again
