  • I have been training with Dan once a week for the last 5 months and he has helped me with my goal of gaining more muscle mass across my entire body, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. During sessions he is very articulate with advice on improving my form and is always setting new boundaries for me to meet. A great PT and a fantastic person 💪🏻
