  • Craig has great personality and is very knowledgeable about bio mechanics. I feel like I'm getting a good safe workout with him and am motivated to hit the gym hard. Enjoying nutritional advice too.

  • I attend Craig's midweek classes and have 121 personal training. He's been training me once a week for 6 weeks and I've seen a difference already! Classes are varied, interesting and Craig as a trainer is encouraging!
