All Square At Zero SDC (American Western Dancing)

I started square dancing 2 years ago and have loved every minute. I didn't really know what it was but gave it a go and would recommend it to anyone who wants something that exercises mind and body and loves to have fun. The club members are very welcoming and helpful.

If you don't know what Square Dancing is and would like to have a go I highly recommend you come along to this club. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, we have fun and giggles and no one minds if you get it wrong. It focuses the mind, you forget all about troubles of the day and any stress melts away. We dance to all sorts of music genres and Kevin, our caller, is fab. Come on, what have you got to lose?!

I started square dancing last year and haven't looked back, just wished I'd discovered it before. I had no idea what it entailed when I went along for the first lesson, but am now totally hooked. It's so much fun and the people are friendly, welcoming and kind. You can go on your own or with a partner. Our caller Kevin makes it lively and entertaining and sometimes dances with us.
