  • I had a bike safety session with Alice in July 2020. Alice’s advice was very helpful and I now feel much more confident cycling in London. She went out of her way to make sure I was confident from the outset of the session. Alice clearly explained basics such as signalling, road positioning and clipping in and out of cleats. She was friendly and personable, which made the session very relaxed. Overall, I really recommend arranging a session if you want to get more confident on the bike.

  • While training for the Copenhagen marathon in 2018, Alice has been amazing. She not only made my training schedule, but also massively helped me along the way with exercise tips, ways of stretching and recipes.
