Perfect for any purpose be it fitness/fun, structured classes or competing. Age and background doesn't matter in this club and is welcoming to all members of the community. I wish I started years ago..

I did not expect good fundumatals in such a rural Area,I am pleasantly Surprised, I felt their was a deep understanding of both mental barriers too improvement and technical application of movements in striking. A bit hardcore for a polite southern boy like me , they are very too the point with errors you might have. But this is good as they are not overlooking your faults. Also worm up is intense you will get into shape at this gym. They are indeed makeing Killers here.

Brilliant club my boys have been going to the MMA classes for 5 to 6 years both boys have done there 1st Dan blackbelt.Sensi ali and Ashley and Danny and Guy put in a lot of hard work traing the kids and teaching them discpline.My boys also do the boxing classes and enjoy them very much a big thank you to ali mma keep up the good work.

A very well organised club with great instructors and coaches all with plenty of experience in both MMA and boxing. My three girls thoroughly enjoy every session with both MMA and boxing. Having a female instructor is rare and she is lovely with the girls. Gives them alot of her time and knowledge. Helps them with their confidence which in return boosts their self esteem.
