I was first introduced to Pilates over ten years ago whilst training as a professional dancer & continued Pilates throughout my training and dance career. I trained at the prestigious Body Control Pilates where I received an in-depth and thorough training, enabling me to teach group classes, privates and corporates in South East & Central London, as well as online.
