  • Very professional Martial Arts school. A great discipline for both adults and children. Highly recommend. We travel to Ash and sometimes Alton even though there are other schools closer to us in Fleet. The parents bringing the children are friendly and the club has great camaraderie between all students. Well done Mr Adams. He has been doing this a long time and knows his stuff!

  • Mr Adams is a fantastic instructor who clearly cares about all the kids in the class. Despite physical classes having to stop due to Covid, Mr Adams tried his best to keep lessons going online for those who wanted to continue. In such uncertainty, it was great for my son to have a familiar face and lesson to do each week. The program is well rounded, teaching the kids not only the kicks, punches and blocks, but also life lessons on respect, perseverance and self control. My daughter has been ...

  • I started Taekwon-Do (TKD) at the age of 44 after watching my 7yo daughter gain so much benefit from the art. Students gain skill, fitness, discipline, self-confidence and so much more, all of which benefit the student beyond TKD. The difference it made to my middle-aged physique, health and fitness cannot be underestimated. It really is suitable for all ages. I am still training 14 yrs later, striving to be a better me. The technical standard set by the 6th Degree instructor at Aldershot ...

  • If you are looking to learn Taekwon-Do then look no further. Mr Adams runs an excellent school, catering for all abilities from beginner (me and my family!) upwards. The whole group is very welcoming and all of the higher graded students help and assist the lower grades. Our family has become fitter, stronger and more confident as a result of Mr Adams and his classes.

  • Was never very interested in martial arts myself, so wasn't very keen to send my daughter to the school. But let her go for a taster session for 4-6 year olds. But as soon as I saw the class I realised how wrong I'd been and how good a teacher Mr Adams is. He gets the best out of the students and has a really good approach with them. My daughter loves the classes too.
