I found my lesson overall very enjoyable. Ali is an excellent, charismatic teacher as well as guitar player. He is doing his online lessons in a new inventive way I have never seen before (he screen shares a music writing software). Very enjoyable and easy to understand, thank you Ali! :)

Ali is a brilliant teacher. This due to the careful planning of the lessons. He is very good thinking on his feet and can explain things clearly, and in many different ways to ensure you as a student learn and retain the information. Over Zoom Video he can demonstrate on the guitar, but also provide you a window to view tabs and notes which I found incredibly useful. These tabs and notes (which he updated throughout the lesson) were then sent to me via email after the lesson so I could review...

Ali has been teaching my son the acoustic guitar for over a year. He keeps the lessons really fun and really involves him in what music my son would like to play and then adjusts it to suit his playing ability, which keeps my son interested and looking forward to his lesson each week. I wasn't sure how it was going to work with the lessons via zoom instead of face to face, but it has worked out brilliantly and my son has kept on improving.

My sons been learning electric guitar with Ali for almost a year now and I’m amazed at how far he’s come. He hadn’t even touched a guitar before we started and he can now play many classic rock songs , and read music. Ali comes up with individual lessons to suit the learner and is fab at keeping young lively kids interested and excited about music. We really look forward to his weekly lessons .
