  • My LG has just started the Little Dragons class here and she loved it straight away. The instructors are so kind and helpful and the class itself is well thought out for the age group (she's only 4!). I don't know how to explain it, it just has a good feeling? Not just a class, learn the moves, get the belt - but more of a mindset and community? That's what I was after really and so happy to have found this place. Can't wait to see her grow and improve.

  • All of the Sensei been absolutely Amazing with my 4year old. He is very active boy so Aikido is perfect match for him. He absolutely love it to bits to training there. All Sensei are Amazing with communication skills, professionalism and great fun! I'm looking forward to #Aikido2021 ☺️🎉🎉🎉

Having studied several martial arts I still find aikido the most interesting and relevant. During 23 years of moving around with the armed forces I studied under many different tea...

  • My twins have been training here for about the last 5-6 years and have thoroughly enjoyed both the challenge and making new friends. Mick and Jayne are excellent at nurturing youngsters and the disciplines of the training ensure quality personal development resulting in well rounded young adults. They also have well attended adult classes, excellent for keeping fit whilst providing a means of self-defence if ever needed, hopefully not! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aikido Shobukai Preston...

  • I've been training at the Preston Shobukai Aikido Dojo (formally Shudokan) for over 2 years now. What struck me on my first day was the professional welcome I received from the Instructors and the friendly atmosphere which made begining very easy and enjoyable. The Dojo is clean and spacious and caters for students of mixed age and ability. Aside from the main purpose of teaching Aikido, which is an awesome Martial Art, it's great for character building and general fitness plus there's a nic...
