Please remember that you are required to take the 4 Hour Drug and Alcohol Class, also known as the TLSAE (Traffic Law and Substance Abuse Education) course or the First Time Driver Course AND study the DMV Handbook before you can take the Driver's License Permit Exam. The 4-Hour Drug and Alcohol course is required for all new drivers in the State of Florida.
