Aeroschool Flight Training

Tom is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader. His passion for flying developed at 14 as part of the Combined Cadet Force but instead of pursuing it as a career decided to work within the family business. Over 20 years, Tom developed a strong background in accounting, training and mechanical engineering within the pharmaceutical industry. Tom successfully grew the business from an SME to a large enterprise being awarded a Queens Award for Enterprise in the process. In 2022, he moved away from the day to day business to operate Praeluceo Group; an investment company. Having known that he will one day end up in the aviation industry, Tom has been preparing for many years gaining qualifications in Airline Finance and Management. He is pleased to be fulfilling his long held desire to not only to qualify as a commercial pilot but to start to assemble a portfolio of businesses in the aviation world.
