  • Sean is an excellent personal trainer and very professional. I’ve been training with Sean for almost two months now. We do lifting first thirty minutes and the second half we do boxing/muay Thai. It’s such a good workout and the best way to start your morning. Sean has a way of pushing you to the maximum but without making you feel discouraged or reluctant to come back again. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

In two sessions, I can already feel my cardio has improved massively and have learnt new training techniques that I can always use. Sean is very attentive and professional, and works with you and at your pace to achieve your personal fitness goals. Would highly recommend!

  • Sean is a great personal trainer, very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. He understood my goals straight away and came up with the best approach, now I actually enjoy working out. He pushes me to do more each session but makes it fun which makes each workout go so much quicker it’s great. I’ve trained with Sean for only 4 weeks so far but already feel better and stronger and I’m excited to continue. Highly recommended 😊

  • I’ve been doing personal training with Sean for a few months now and it’s been brilliant. Sean is friendly, approachable and very knowledgable. He always manages to push me far beyond what I’d manage on my own while keeping it fun and enjoyable! The sessions are varied but I’ve particularly enjoyed the kickboxing - a great stress reliever! Would highly recommend training with Sean!

He is enthusiastic, encouraging and motivating, but most of all has made exercising fun. I noticed a difference in my overall fitness after just a few weeks. And, I love the Muay Thai boxing!
