  • I cannot praise Adam enough in the time I have been training with him 3 x 1/2 hour seasons each week I have lost over 2 stone. Adam does not only train your body he retrains and guides you with your daily calorie intake giving advice on meal plans and healthy recipes. The training schedule is never monotonous as he changes the program every 6 weeks.   • The first thing I noticed about Adam is how friendly he is he made me feel very comfortable in sessions while pushing me past limits I would normally struggle with.   • I attend Adam's Circuits and Toning classes 3 x per week. As a result I am stronger and fitter than I have ever been. He is full of good advice about fitness and nutrition. His classes never get stale as he changes them up from week to week. He adapts exercises to individual's ability.
