Adam L. Wood Guitar

Adam has been teaching my 11 year old for approx 5 months, and I would definitely recommend him to others. He comes to our house for the lessons, which is definitely easier for us, and makes my son feel more comfortable. Adam communicates well with my son, and the way I see him teach, I imagine he is brilliant at teaching any age, child or adult.

I found guitar lessons with Adam to be enjoyable and useful. He is an approachable and encouraging teacher. With his assistance, I was able to build on my existing guitar skills, and progress onto more difficult songs and techniques, which were made manageable with his guidance. I am confident that I will continue to improve in my guitar playing with the material I have been supplied with to expand my knowledge and the teaching approach that Adam used.

Adam is a very personable tutor, patient, accommodating and encouraging. I had my reservations over video lessons but he made the whole experience fun and easy to manage. He is always available out of lesson time via the net if you need help or guidance. He assesses your skill quite carefully and chooses a starting point applicable to where you are in your journey. I would recommend him to anyone looking for lessons, in case his other glowing reviews are not enough of an indicator for you.

I would definitely recommend Adam to anyone wanting to learn guitar. He is an amazing guitarist and also an excellent teacher. Adam is laid back, patient and passionate about playing guitar and teaching others to play too. Lessons are fun and include theory and practical skills and are always geared towards my musical preferences.

Having started learning guitar this year, Adam has been brilliant in helping me progress. His attention to detail is outstanding and helps to bring out the nuances of technique when learning pieces. The lessons are professional and well thought out in advance but feel relaxed and comfortable. Having begun lessons with another online tutor before switching to Adam, I can’t recommend him enough.
