Great and conveniently located local gym that cares about the community and the people. Plenty of equipment to choose from and a great parking just outside. Staff is friendly and eager to help!

Pretty much all the equipment you need. A good selection of classes to join in, for all levels. Can't recommend the place enough. Friendliest gym I've ever been a member of. All the staff make you feel very welcome, regardless of goals or ability.

Excellent gym, open 24/7 so it's easy to find a quiet time to train. Well equipped and clean, with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Saunas are a big plus.

Lovely and friendly members of staff with someone always there to help and assist with anything. Good selection of classes and equipment. I feel so comfortable here which is so important for a gym. Honestly cannot wait for it to open again!
