Active Iq

Shocking service and product. Purchased a 'textbook' for £59 for it only to be printed paper in a cheap folder. When I asked to return product have been ignored and emails left unanswered.

Extremly frustrated and dissapointed about Active IQ's management. Awaiting since 4 months to receive my qualification for two course after Discovery learning's closing. A complicated situation for them but a poor care from their team to solve the issue. 100's of student left without qualifications after spending thousand of pounds and months studying. A situation that could be solved easily but it doesn't seems to be their priority!
