My husband was in absolute agony with what he thought was a trapped nerve in his shoulder after a week of suffering he contacted his GP who recommended physiotherapy. After three visits he was pain free, a great service provided by very capable and friendly staff.

I have known Kirsteen for several years now but it was when I injured my knee in an accident at home she proved invaluable. She did a full assessment, manipulated the injured area and gave me a full pack of strengthening exercises to follow up with. As a result of her expertise the muscles and tendons returned to full strength and I am now able to continue with my gym fitness and running routines without any pain. Thank you Kirsteen!
