Clio has always had a serious passion for acting After completing her A-levels in school on Merseyside, Clio went over to New York for 2 years, studying at New York Film Academy for a year and then started working professionally as an actress, starring in Off-Broadway productions of ‘Mercury Fur’ by Philip Ridley and Anna Ziegler’s production of ‘BFF. Clio returned to the UK after gaining a place on the 3 year BA Acting course at LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art). After graduating in 2014, she was picked up by an agent and began auditioning. Since graduating drama school, Clio has been involved in numerous West End productions including ‘Hangmen’ by Martin McDonagh and ‘The Wipers Times’ by Ian Hislop, along with working in TV on BBC’s Doctors and the recent series of Tin Star on Sky Atlantic.
