Access Towers could not have been more helpful in advising me and getting the right solution. The delivery driver was also a very helpful chap and offered some useful advice. I found the company very approachable and not dismissive of a domestic customer as some are. Their communication was also excellent. I will certainly be using you again in the future.

Shocking service! I paid full a PASMA course. Completed course, never received certificate or card and was told by access towers that Royal Mail delivered the card. Access towers sent me “proof of delivery” which was a signature signed XPI wasn’t me or anyone from my house hold. They’ve told me I need to sort it out with Royal Mail or pay for another card, Why should I be out of pocket! Also, Why should I now have to waste my time and look into this when access towers arranged delivery.....

Just come back from my Towers for users and Low Level Access PASMA training got to say was very happy Terry the Trainer was friendly and a great instructor I would definitely use them again and a first recommendation to everyone.
