  • Loved the class! In fact after doing hours of research listening to countless podcasts about giving birth, the breathing technique was the only thing I actually used. It was a lovely class with lots of stretching and relaxation. We also meet for coffees since a lot of us have had our babies 👶🏻

  • I have been doing Hazel's Hatha yoga class for about 2 years. When I started my joints were stiff and my flexibility and balance ability were well below par. This has all dramatically improved. I look forward to every session. When I leave both my body and mind feel refreshed and invigorated.

  • We love these classes with Hazel, there are always a few giggles and I have found I can do more than I thought, at 57. Hazel is a great teacher, very clear and patient and realistic about our levels but still ambitious for us.

  • Pregnancy yoga with Haze was a great way to stay active during my pregnancy. Haze is very welcoming and the class is a great way to meet other mums and mums-to-be. Haze is very knowledgeable in safe yoga practice throughout pregnancy so will make sure moves are modified to suit women when required. I'd highly recommend Access to Yoga!
