We implemented the NRMP algorithms which can be used by any discipline or research field to streamline their coordinated hiring processes and maximize the preferences of employers and candidates. Once a match has been set up any job posting can join the match and set up a rank order list with the candidates they have interviewed and want to hire or those they have made contingent offers to. Applicants can accept or decline match assignments, and match can run multiple times if needed.
