  • I recently attended the Super Saturday wellbeing day with Absolute Yoga and Pilates. The day included a Pilates class with Pauline, a Barre class with Adriana, and a Quartz Crystal singing bowl sound healing experience with Adriana. Firstly was Paulines Pilates class.   • I have been attending Wendy's Tuesday evening Pilates Class for a few months now and I can honestly say that I have felt huge benefits to my physical flexibility and strength as well as a great sense of well being. Wendy is a great teacher and paces the sessions accordingly giving variations for all abilities. I particularly appreciate the fact that the class is not pretentious at all and that I feel very comfortable. Thanks you.

  • Cannot recommend Absolute Yoga and Pilates enough - thanks to my lovely teacher Charlotte for adapting every lesson plan to fit my pregnancy.   • This was my 3rd course with Pauline at Inspired Health and Fitness and was as brilliant as the first 2 (although way more challenging). Her teaching style accommodates all abilities and levels, never letting anyone feel excluded if they are unable to do the full move.
