Abel Karate

My son had his 5th birthday party with Abel Karate. What an amazing and memorable birthday it was! Could not have asked for anything more - the kids were entertained, engaged, had fun, learnt new things, and thoroughly enjoyed themselves! Paul is brilliant at the Karate and with the kids. Thank you so much for the best birthday party !

I joined Abel Karate a year ago and the experience has been amazing. Sensei Paul is able to create an environment to learn and practice where everyone feels welcome and free to progress at their own pace. I definitely recommend Abel Karate to a time that wanted to try practice martial arts whether you are a novice or you have already previous experience.

Excellent place to learn karate! My son and I are both learning there. Paul always run the classes in such a fun way, you not only get to learn karate skills, also definitely have a good workout and plenty of fun. Everyone including Paul’s team and members are all super friendly and helpful, you don’t need to worry about running out of support , really wish I had started earlier.

We couldn’t be happier with our experiences at Abel Karate - our son has been attending for a couple of years and finds the classes engaging and inspiring. Paul and the whole team are great teachers and the classes are inclusive for all ages and abilities. Our son finds the classes fun whilst his skills have come on so quickly - he now attends three days a week!

My twin boys started Abel karate when they were about 8 years old at a after school class. They really enjoyed it & I felt it was good for their concentration, discipline & fitness. Sensei Paul kept them interested through the whole session of training & fun bits when needed. My twins are 11 now & only one of my them has kept up the classes & is doing really well & does 2-3 classes a week. I feel the cost of these classes are good value for money and they kids get a lot back from Sensei Paul....
