  • Only discovered this local gem recently. I wanted to avoid the larger gyms because of low self confidence and I feel that the bigger gyms are just full of those totally roided gym rats. Abbey Mill Fitness is a great little gym with all the equipment you need, it's laid-out nicely, Stephen (the PT) is great and really helpful and encouraging, especially if you're new to the gym like me! There's shower facilities and they have great monthly challenges for all the gym users (don't worry, they'r...

  • Could not recommend enough! The facilities and equipment are great, it’s got everything you need. Staff are knowledgeable and approachable too. Very friendly and non-intimidating gym. The packages are all very well priced. I use the Limited2PT package and I’ve not only noticed my physical appearance change but my fitness has improved as I am challenged to up weights, extend cardio training etc. Great gym!

  • This is a fantastic gym!! Hands down one of the most welcoming laidback gyms in Paisley! Best choice I’ve made training at Abbeymill. The team are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and approachable and will go out their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed no matter where you are in your journey. They offer a range of memberships and pt packages which are super flexible at amazing prices so definitely great value for money which is always a bonus! I have been training here for ar...

  • Small and welcoming gym, staff are very friendly and very good prices for memberships. I would highly recommend it.

  • Great small gym, clean and friendly. Gym was never too busy, so no waiting for machines/equipment. Tends to be people who just want to workout and go, so no sitting about on phones etc. Offers memberships with PT included, I had two sessions a week. These were easy to book, with flexible times. PT adapted plans to account for my ability and an injury I was recovering from. Good progression of exercises, and improvements in my strength and cardio, as PT remained challenging.
