  • Aaron is a great and knowledgeable PT. The gym as well as home workouts designed made a difference and brought me a step closer to my goal! Not very strict on diet and the advice given each time was very effective. Not just my physical health but also my overall well being improved with the planned workouts, tracking and feedback provided by him. He also took my feedback and made changes to my plans if I thought they were challenging.

  • I trained with Aaron to get fit and loose weight for my wedding. Lovely guy who knows his stuff. I’ll even go so far to say that I actually enjoyed the training sessions (at the end). I ended up loosing 3 stone and went from a size 12-14 to a small size 8! I would 100% recommend training with Aaron!

  • Genuine, very adaptable when tailoring your workout and finding what also works well for you, not just the go to recommend, sometimes a more flexible approach is needed to build back muscle groups etc .
