Lovely private gym. Small but very well equipped, from beginners to budding Arnold Schwarzeneggers. Classes for all abilities. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic gym. The facilities are the best i have seen from the multi functional equipment through to the free weights. Gym and Changing facilities are clean and well kept. Staff are approachable and friendly. Great vibe in the gym with staff and members. Check out the variety of classes on offer.

This is a great new gym, brand new equipment, loads of space, and a dedicated free weights area. I'm very grateful to George who took a load time out of his day to help me with a PT course I am completing. Cheers mate!
