  • Ana is the best PT I have ever had. She is very professional and I always enjoy our sessions. She adjusts all workouts to how I’m feeling on the day, understands what I’m wanting to gain and is very motivational throughout the sessions. Definitely recommend!

  • Ana started me on my fitness journey 6 weeks ago and I haven't looked back since. She has been amazing. Ana is always there when you need her for encouragement or advice - her own personal workouts are easy to follow and very effective. I have learnt so much from Ana not only with regards to exercise but also when it comes to eating habits and different diets.   • I could not recommend Ana more highly. I contacted her for a free taster session for my postnatal recovery and have loved every single session since (and there have been a lot). Ana finds exactly the right balance between challenging me and making sure I don't overdo it. It feels like her repertoire of exercises is endless which makes every session fun.
