Just recently received my classical guitar back from Kris the guitar tech @Astrings Pontypridd. What an amazing job he has done on my guitar , it now keeps in tune perfectly which it never did before. I will definitely be going back to see Kris when I need any more work carried out on my other guitars . A friendly and highly professional service I can definitely recommend. A☆☆☆☆☆

I was a little apprehensive ordering a guitar on-line from A Strings after having a bad experience with another retailer in 2020. They had one of the last red Cabronita Thinline Telecasters in the UK so I had to go for it. I had no need to worry. The guitar arrived less than 48 hours after I placed the order and is absolutely amazing. They've checked it over before shipping and it's playable straight out of the box and there's not a mark on it. Really please with it and the service. Thanks.

Sometimes you find that special place where the staff are so good that it’s an actual pleasure being in there. That’s here. My son dragged me here to get a new guitar he had dreamed of a Gretsch and they couldn’t have been more helpful. He paid a bit off at a time being a student until he could collect it last month.
