Shak was my first driving instructor. During my first lesson, he was very impatient (he shouted at me several times because I made reasonable mistakes - I am an educator and I'd never do this to my students). I swept that under the rug. My 2nd lesson was okay. From there onwards, he cancelled on me 4 times, he literally cancelled 1 or 2 hours before the session. He was unreliable and unprofessional.
