  • Andy is great, very patient and very attentive to your needs and requirements. His enthusiasm and drive to help you be where you want to be is infectious, you feel good before you've even done anything. You feel even better after a work out when you know you've done something towards your goal.   • I've known Andy, for a few years and earlier in the year he became my coach. Andy is very thorough and an excellent coach who has helped me greatly this year in understanding my goals and how to get there. Also how important diet is to achieving great results.
