Shane was an absolute gent, professional and efficient. He helped the family in opening a safe following a family bereavement. Done with compassion and support, no quibbles on price, exactly as quoted. He took the effort to contact us after leaving some important documents in the safe, which he had kindly offered to dispose of on our behalf. You don't get many that would do that and I have not hesitation in recommending his services.

Great course, did the 3 day and is well worth the money. Really interesting and informative. Shane’s got all the lock knowledge you could ask for and Wendy’s very helpful and makes a fine cup of tea. Very confident now to go about the job myself

I have just completed a 5 day course and would highly recommend it. The instructors are highly patient and have a wealth of knowledge that they are willing to share. They foster a casual and relaxed atmosphere that helps with learning the many different techniques they teach. Highly recommended.

Brilliant course I can't reccomend it highly enough. I did the 5 day course and from start to finish it is all hands on, Shane has so much knowledge and he really does try and pass as much on to you as he can. Very friendly and relaxed approach, great atmosphere great people and you won't find better anywhere else!
